Favorite meals: We're very adventurous with food, and love everything be it a juicy steak, hot pot, lengua tacos, or just simple mac & cheese.

- 90s jams, it would tear up my heart, if I couldn’t have my music

Favorite place:
- Joshua Tree National Park (Ashley loves the desert)

- Falcon Lake Canada (Dan’s family used to have a cabin on the lake)

- Greenbush, Michigan (Ashley’s family has a cottage on the lake)

Best day ever: During the end of COVID, we were lucky to get away for a weekend to Costa Rica. In just two days, we swam in the warm ocean, saw sloths, went off-roading where our rental car struggled a bit, and put our rusty high school Spanish to good use. It was a short trip, but definitely one to remember.

Favorite family traditions: Ashley is a big fan of Halloween, so we throw a neighborhood costume party in our front yard. Our dog Luna loves to get in on the fun, proudly carrying around a skeleton hand to “scare” trick-or-treaters.
