Jenny Davis, Adoption Specialist

Jenny Davis has been involved in the adoption field since 2008, through professional, volunteer, and personal connections. She has worked with families doing foster care and international and infant adoptions. In addition, she is an adoptive parent and has, through time and effort, built a strong relationship with her child's birth parents.

"As people facing an unexpected pregnancy tackle heartbreaking questions and decisions, I want to be a place they can come for support, encouragement, and information, ultimately, empowering them to find peace in a decision that is best for them."

Paula Meyer, Adoption Specialist

In Paula’s twenty years of social work experience in the adoption and foster care fields, she has always been impressed and inspired by the individuals and families who have allowed her to witness their transforming journeys. As a birth mother and married mother of two, Paula understands that an unplanned pregnancy can be a complicated and frightening time. Her goal is to provide birth mothers with information to explore all pregnancy options and to find the resources needed to support the decisions that they make.  Paula also has a passion for building healthy families by helping prospective adoptive families navigate the legal process and build a positive relationship with their child’s birth family.

Jennifer Kotley, Adoption Specialist

Jennifer is a clinical social worker and has worked with foster and adoptive families for five years. Jennifer enjoys learning about each family she works with and supporting them as they navigate their unique adoption process.

"Each person brings their own strengths and hopes to their adoption journey. My role is to work collaboratively with you to prepare and feel confident at each step of the process."

Jill Dayton, Adoption Specialist

For over 20 years, Jill has collaborated with numerous families in a variety of adoption specialist roles.  Her unwavering commitment to recognizing and supporting individuals as they explore and understand their unique places in life is core to her professional values.  Jill, her husband, and two biological children have welcomed foster children into their home for nearly two decades. In all of her work, Jill strives to create a secure and nurturing environment for families throughout their adoption journey.

Anna Pulliam, Administrative Services Coordinator

Anna is the Administrative Services Coordinator at Boys & Girls Aid, and she’s been with the agency for nine years. Anna is committed to our Core Values: cultivate healthy environments, invest in relationships, authentically value others, and innovate and continuously improve. She operates behind the scenes, and her role is to support the adoption team and the individuals and families that have entered our doors. Anna says she is impressed and inspired by the individuals and families that have made the decision to allow Boys & Girls Aid to join this journey with them.

Elizabeth Sale, Vice President of Services

Elizabeth has worked with adoptive families for 25 years and is grateful to have spent the last 20 years working for Boys & Girls Aid, an agency that truly strives to understand and support clients' needs.  Elizabeth was adopted as an infant and since she was in middle school, she has wanted to help other children, birth parents, and adoptive families navigate their adoption journeys.

"Adoption experiences are so unique to each individual and I firmly believe our team strives to honor clients' specific needs and desires."
