Our Fun Activities: Nature walks at Smith Rock, family fun at the High Desert Museum, swimming in the Deschutes River in the summer, pumpkin-patches and pony rides in the Fall. And we are always down for a local arts festival or community event!

Favorite Meal: Homemade Neapolitan Pizza… or Mexican! We couldn’t decide…

Can’t Live Without: Our friends and family, who are always there for us, giving us advice and making us smile!

Favorite Place: Our favorite place is our home, but not in a boring homebody kind of way! There is a lot of love and happiness in our home, a sweet log house tucked away on a few acres near the river. We think it reflects our personalities: down-to-earth and unpretentious.

Best Day Ever: Almost any day can be made a “best day ever,” but if we need to elaborate, we’d say our best day ever would be spent with family, going to downtown Bend and the river, and just enjoying some warm sunshine. Oh, and the best day ever ends with ice-cream, definitely.

Favorite Family Traditions: Both our families live out-of-state (in different states), so we have created an alternating vacation routine: one year we spend a week in Lake Tahoe, California with Britt’s family (horseback riding, canoeing, playing on the beach) and the next year we spend a week in the North Woods of Wisconsin with Adam’s family (kayaking, board games, and campfire stories). It’s a great arrangement and a great way to stay in touch with our loved ones!
